Legal : Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel

For this role, you will:
  • Primary legal support for all regulatory, compliance and litigation matters for the operation of JustGroup’s portfolio in the various markets
  • Draft, review, negotiate and advice on a broad variety of agreements, proposals and contracts (i.e. license agreement, membership agreement, lease agreement, JV contract, employment contract) to ensure compliance with the company’s directives and policies
  • Provide legal advice to business units on day to day corporate transactions and activities (i.e. advisory and assistance in negotiating with pre-term clients, fees dispute and legal action for long outstanding arrears)
