KONG Wan Sing

Chief Executive Officer, JustCo

Kong Wan Sing is the Chief Executive Officer at JustCo. As the driving force behind the company’s vision to make work better, Wan Sing started JustCo with a mission to reinvent commercial real estate.


A tireless champion of the hybrid working model, Wan Sing grew the business from its founding base in Singapore to a regional network across the Asia Pacific.


He has since built a diverse and passionate team of multi-cultural talent focused on delivering the future of work, including providing a seamless experience across the Group’s physical and digital assets. Wan Sing’s firm belief in property technology as the key to unlock more value in the industry sets JustCo apart from other players in the region.

Fluent in English, Mandarin and Malay, Wan Sing holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the New York University, Stern School of Business with a double major in Finance and Information Systems.

 

His entrepreneurial achievements have been recognised with top honours, including EY Entrepreneur of the Year (Workspace Solutions) in 2019 and the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards (Professional & Business Services) in 2018.

LIU Lu

Special Advisor

Liu Lu is the Special Advisor at JustCo. As a key founding member of JustCo’s leadership team, Lu held an integral role in building JustCo’s name beyond anyone’s imagination. 

 

In her role, Lu devotes time in providing mentorship and guidance to the customer experience team. Her mission is to create unique and memorable JustCo experience for members through uncompromising, world-class service standards – which forms the company’s key strategic differentiator.

 

A strong advocate of leadership and team development, Lu also provides training for her teams, resulting in strong in-market talents who are well-versed with local market nuances and are committed to build long-lasting relationships with members.

Prior to JustCo, Lu was with Proctor & Gamble in the United States, Europe, and Asia as well as Ernst & Young in New York City.


Fluent in English and Mandarin, Lu holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School, Columbia University, New York, and a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors and double majors of Finance and Accounting from the Stern Business School, New York University, New York.

KONG Wan Long

Chief Commercial Officer

Wan Long is the Chief Commercial Officer of JustCo, one of Asia Pacific’s leading flexible workspace platforms. Since starting the business in Singapore 14 years ago, he has been instrumental in expanding JustCo into key markets including Tokyo, Taipei, Seoul, Bangkok, Sydney, and beyond.

 

In 2024, Wan Long led the launch of two new brands under the JustCo platform: The Collective, a luxury-hospitality-driven workspace, and The Boring Office, a digital-first, essentials-only solution. These brand innovations expand the company’s portfolio of brands, giving landlords and office users greater choice and distinctive experiences. Coupled with technology, they strengthen JustCo’s vision to set the benchmark for hospitality in the world of work.

As CCO, Wan Long drives market expansion, brand strategy, and commercial performance across the region, bringing a founder’s perspective to every project—from opening new flagships to reimagining the customer journey for different segments.
03 Michelle

Michelle LEE

Chief Business Officer

Michelle Lee is the Chief Business Officer at JustCo, where she drives business strategy, stakeholder management, community operations and human capital initiatives to deliver sustainable growth and operational excellence across Asia Pacific.

 

With over 20 years of leadership experience spanning hospitality and real estate, Michelle has achieved industry recognition to lead large-scale organizational transformation, M&A integration, digital innovation, and leadership development. At JustCo, she spearheaded the human capital and culture transformation that strengthened its leadership capabilities, built a professional HR function, and elevated employee engagement.

Previously, Michelle was Executive Vice President of HR at Shangri-La Group, where she led global HR operations and transformation, and concurrently served as Chief Corporate Development Officer at Allgreen Properties. Her earlier roles at CapitaMalls Asia, LUXASIA Group, and Singapore’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, highlight her breadth of expertise across both public and private sectors.

 

Beyond that, she is shaping the future of HR as Chairman of the Human Capital Management Programme Advisory Committee at the S R Nathan School of Human Development (2025–2027), where she supports the quality and relevance of postgraduate HR programs.

 

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business from Nanyang Technological University.

04 HuiYeow

LEE Hui Yeow

Chief Financial Officer

Lee Hui Yeow is the Chief Financial Officer at JustCo. He oversees JustCo’s financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, tax, treasury, and financial planning. He also works closely with the management team to develop and implement long-term financial strategies that align with JustCo’s goals and objectives. 

 

Hui Yeow brings with him more than 29 years of finance experience mainly in real estate and hospitality industry.

Prior to joining JustCo, Hui Yeow was most recently the Senior Vice President, Finance for Shangri-La Group, leading the finance and accounting operations in Southeast Asia, Australasia, Hong Kong, Japan, Middle East, and Europe. Hui Yeow also spent 14 years with CapitaLand Group of companies, where he was rotated to cover different portfolios in Singapore, China, and Malaysia. He was also instrumental in the setting up of global shared services for the Group, the execution of CapitaLand Mall Malaysia Trust IPO (Initial Public Offering) in Bursa Malaysia as well as the secondary listing of CapitaLand Mall Asia in Hong Kong.


Hui Yeow holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree (First Class Honours) from University of Wales College of Cardiff, United Kingdom and a fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

05 KiaSing

LOW Kia Sing

Chief Development Officer

Kia Sing is the Chief Development Officer at JustCo. He leads the Workspace team, which is responsible for the design and development of JustCo centres from conceptualisation to construction and facilities management. The team actively drives and implements innovative design and workspace ideas across JustCo’s portfolio and together with other departments, it ensures the operational efficiency of JustCo’s centres.

 

Kia Sing brings with him more than 20 years of experience in the architecture and interior design industry. Having worked in Shangri-la, CapitaLand and Club 21, Kia Sing has been involved in the project management of retail and F&B stores. He also led the design management processes of hospitality and integrated developments across Asia and Australia. Notable projects include ION Orchard and Jewel Changi Airport.

His impact at JustCo has brought industry recognition including double awards at the Real Estate Asia Award with both THE COLLECTIVE GranTokyo South Tower and THE COLLECTIVE Taipei Dome International Center awarded the Flexible Workspace Initiative of the Year awards for “Redefining Executive Workspaces” in 2025. These add to the Most Innovative and Sustainable Office Design at the Employee Experience Awards (Silver) in 2024.

 

Kia Sing holds degrees in Bachelor of Architectural Studies and Master of Architecture from the National University of Singapore.
