SINGAPORE, 14 January 2026 – JustCo, Asia’s leading flexible workspace brand, has been admitted into the inauguralΒ 2025 Design Power IndexΒ (DPI), launched by the Design Business Chamber Singapore (DBCS) in partnership with global impact investment and creative change firm Consulus.

The DPI Index tracks how organisations generate economic value through design, recognising 40 companies and 20 organisations in its 2025 inaugural index.

JustCo was nominated and admitted into the DPI in recognition of its design-led business model and its ability to translate human behaviour, operational efficiency, and brand strategy into scalable workspace solutions across Asia Pacific.

In 2025, JustCo expanded its portfolio with the launch of THE COLLECTIVE and the boring office, alongside its flagship JustCo brand. Together, the three brands form a multi-brand ecosystem designed to meet the evolving and diverse ways people choose to work, from luxury, hospitality-led coworking to essentials-only, digital-first offices that prioritise efficiency, flexibility, and choice.

Each brand expresses a distinct design philosophy. THE COLLECTIVE embodies refinement and hospitality. JustCo champions flexibility, community, and accessibility. The Boring Office reimagines affordability through intelligently designed, customisable offices that focus on productivity without compromise on quality. Across the portfolio, design functions as a strategic tool in shaping behaviour, optimising performance, and enabling growth.

β€œDesign has been a key enabler of JustCo’s growth across Asia Pacific. By embedding design into our business model, we are able to scale with speed, adapt to diverse markets, and create long-term value for our members, partners, and communities,” explains Kia Sing Low, Chief Development Officer.

JustCo’s design approach is also deeply contextual. Each location is grounded in a strong sense of place, allowing global design principles to be expressed through local narratives. Examples include THE COLLECTIVE GranTokyo South Tower, being located above Tokyo Station, its design is inspired by the romance and movement of train travel; JustCo Hong Leong Building, which reflects Singapore’s early commercial heritage and entrepreneurial spirit; and the boring office at MacDonald House, which demonstrates how essential workplaces can still be purposeful and thoughtfully designed.

By integrating human insight, design, and business strategy, JustCo has transformed workspaces into a driver of economic value, operational agility, and talent engagement, supporting its rapid expansion across Asia Pacific and beyond.
