Executive / Senior Executive (Community)
Supporting the Community Manager, this role will have to:- Be the first point of contact at the respective centre within JustGroup’s portfolio of properties
- Receive walk in client/guest at the centre
- Managing reception duties (e.g. handling of phone calls, courier services)
- Handle walk-in tours for guest who came by for a viewing without prior appointment
- Manage members’ check-ins and check-outs
- Assist and provide general day to day administrative support
- Purchasing of office and pantry supplies
- In-charge of inventory control
- Maintain the general upkeep of the center in terms of cleanliness
- Ensure centre is operational / functional
- Responsible for ensuring that the facilities of the centre are maintained and in good condition
- Assist in the event logistics and preparation matters (e.g. including food and beverage coordination)
- Pleasant personality
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Result and client oriented with multi-tasking capabilities
- Client focused with the desire to work within a service industry
- Diploma and/or secretarial certification from recognized institution
- Experience in the serviced office or related industry an advantage
