Executive / Senior Executive (IT)

For this role, you will have to:
  • Be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the centre’s IT infrastructure
  • Provide technical consultancy to prospects and existing clients
  • Ensure 24×7 system availability and do troubleshooting when necessary
  • Maintain technical documentation, configuration procedures and best practices
  • Provide IT support and services to occupants of the centre
  • Work together with HQ team for new centre construction project
  • Provide any other technical support related to the centre
Requirements
  • Diploma Qualification in Information Technology equivalent or higher
  • Minimum 3 years of user support, client engagement/ troubleshooting experience
  • Good Knowledge in Wi-Fi administration, network, firewall, and troubleshooting
  • Good team player, resourceful, independent
  • Able to work autonomously, navigate around the unstructured environment with minimum supervision
  • Helpful personality with a pleasant disposition, positive work attitude and able to think outside the box
  • Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Alcatel switch experience or pre-sales experience is a plus
