About the role: Professional Network Development
  • Cultivate a large network of brokers and agents within the real estate sector
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with brokers, agents, prospects and customers
  • Analysing and understanding ever-changing customer’s demand
Business Growth
  • Lead the design, development and implementation of strategic sales plans, ensuring they are aligned with the corporate objectives to maximize business opportunities and achieve sustainable growth and success
  • Build and promote the value of JustGroup’s products and services to meet client’s business needs
  • Active solicitation of accounts to generate direct sales
  • Lead the sales process from lead/enquiry generation to negotiations and closing the deals
  • Provide accurate and detailed sales forecast of identified and proposed opportunities to ensure achievement of sales targets
  • Help review and develop sales approaches, guidelines, training, and best practices to ensure we maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years’ of experience in Sales or Leasing
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality or related discipline
  • Experience in co-working, serviced office, service apartments, developers, hotel sales, or sales related industry is an advantage
  • Proven success in self lead generation and business development
  • Strong leadership and work well with teams
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
