Lead the design, development and implementation of strategic sales plans, ensuring they are aligned with the corporate objectives to maximize business opportunities and achieve sustainable growth and success
Build and promote the value of JustGroup’s products and services to meet client’s business needs
Active solicitation of accounts to generate direct sales
Lead the sales process from lead/enquiry generation to negotiations and closing the deals
Provide accurate and detailed sales forecast of identified and proposed opportunities to ensure achievement of sales targets
Help review and develop sales approaches, guidelines, training, and best practices to ensure we maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
At least 8 years’ of experience in Sales or Leasing
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality or related discipline
Experience in co-working, serviced office, service apartments, developers, hotel sales, or sales related industry is an advantage
Proven success in self lead generation and business development
Strong leadership and work well with teams
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
