Senior Executive (Sales)

For this role, you will expected to:
  • Responsible for the generation of high quality leads in the relevant sector
  • Develop market strategy/plan to extract high quality leads
  • Developing relationship with potential clients by following up on inbound leads and making outbound emails/calls
  • Timely response to sales inquiries/ requests
  • Track leads and associated revenue
  • Present excellent knowledge in our products and services to prospective clients
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company
  Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advances/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales or telesales
  • Inside sales driven with excellent track record
  • Experience in serviced office, service apartments or sales related industry is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  The ideal candidate:
  • Results-driven and capable of delivering consistent new business and able to grow existing business
  • Strong in customer listening, presentation and other business skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedule in a dynamic working environment and with minimal supervision
  • A quick learner who can adapt well in a fast growing environment

  • Positive personality and can-do attitude
  • Customer oriented with multi-tasking capabilities coupled with the desire to work within a service or hospitality industry
