- Create an atmosphere where members enjoy the working experience at JustCo
- Build, support and promote a strong community that fosters members collaboration
- Leverage on JustCo’s service offerings to provide value-added services to our members
- Drive service delivery, service quality and service attitude to ensure we deliver on our promises to the satisfaction of our members
- Ensure all members-related queries are addressed timely
- Lead a world-class Customer Success team by:
- Recruiting experienced team members who are personable
- Encouraging collaboration within the team
- Creating a rapid onboarding/ training process for new team members
- Enhancing training for the operations team to enable best-in-class training program
- Embrace and drive change both personally and within the team to consistently deliver extraordinary results
- Lead and train a team of Community Managers & Community Executives to provide exceptional customer service that gives a ‘WOW’ factor to all our members at all times
- Oversee the operations P&L of all centres in Korea
- Oversee the daily operations of all centres in Korea and ensure each centre is operational and running smoothly
- Recommend ways to enhance operational matters to increase revenue and reduce operating expenses
- Ensure the operations SOP are maintained and updated regularly to enable consistent and outstanding service delivery, and maximized staff productivity
- Partner with key functions such as real estate, finance, IT, sales, marketing and communications to grow the community
- Work with clients and property management to ensure smooth cooperation between all parties, and to solve problems as needed
- May be required to assist in the setting up of new centres and training the community team in the new markets which JustCo will be moving into
- Enhance a collaborative community environment amongst our members through events curated by JustCo
- Support the events team in ensuring all member events are organized according to JustCo’s standards
- Identify and create partnerships that will benefit our community members and drive the promotion of their products and services
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company
- At least 10 years’ of experience in hospitality sector
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality or related discipline
- Experience in co-working, serviced office, service apartments, developers, hotel, or related industry is an advantage
- Strong leadership and work well with teams
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong operations background
- Has a strong passion for hospitality, customer-oriented with multi-tasking capabilities coupled with the desire to work within a service or hospitality industry
- Is entrepreneurial and committed to building a community
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule in a dynamic working environment and with minimal supervision
- A quick learner who can adapt well in a fast-growing environment while keeping excellent attention to detail
- Commercially aware, self-motivated and proactive
- Positive personality and can-do attitude
