Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager
For this role, you will be expected to:- manage the sales process: lead/enquiry generation, sell all JustCo’s products and close deals
- acquire new sales and achieve sales target
- service key and existing accounts
- tour customers to show the range of options available to suit their needs and closing the sale where possible
- deal with escalated customer requests/issues
- recommend improvements that will positively impact sales and efficiency
- work efficiently and effectively on all Key Performance Indicators in line with company procedures and guidelines
- At least 3-4 years’ of experience in Sales or Leasing
- Experience in co-working, serviced office, service apartments, developers or sales related industry is an advantage
- Sales-driven with an excellent track record
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality or related discipline
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Results-oriented, hungry for success
- Passionate for playing a hunter role with proven negotiation skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule in a dynamic working environment and with minimal supervision
- A quick learner who can adapt well in a fast-growing environment
- Commercially aware, self-motivated and proactive
- Positive personality and can-do attitude
- Customer-oriented with multi-tasking capabilities coupled with the desire to work within a service or hospitality industry
- Prefers candidates who have experience with the pipeline management system
