Assistant Manager (Marketing)
Marketing & Branding:- Assist in the development and drive the digital marketing strategy locally for leads generation and brand enhancement.
- Enhance brand awareness through various channels
- Assist in the implementation of the digital marketing strategy for SEO, SEM, Social Media, advertisement, newsletters, events to drive leads to the company
- Follow brand guidelines in the execution of all branding activities such as advertising and social media
- Design, build and maintain JustCo’s social media presence
- Support the curation of marketing content and communication deliverables such as event brochures, press releases, media pitches, success stories, and feature articles to convey campaign and/or brand messages
- Assist in the execution of appropriate public relations strategies and tactics, alongside creative media angles/messages to pitch
- Liaise with local, regional and international media on editorial opportunities, and generate targeted publicity in print, online and broadcast media
- Assist in media enquiries and interview requests
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with media partners
- Support in organizing media events from start-to-end
- Contribute ideas, prepare, and manage content for social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
- Ensure content to be consistent with brand voice, style and tone
- Media monitoring to keep track and document all media coverage
- To keep updated of industry trends and implement effective brand campaigns
- Collaborate with agency partners to deliver the best programs and campaigns
- Conceptualise, plan and organise engaging events for JustCo community.
- Seek and identify relevant partners to collaborate with that benefits the community
- Build, cultivate and nurture relationships with partners and explore different and innovative collaboration opportunities.
- Propose, plan, coordinate and execute quarterly signature events and activities, inclusive of providing operational support during the time of the event
- To evaluate the merits and value of events and collaborations and ensure they are beneficial to the community
- Identify USPs for events and craft strong and compelling copy to entice audiences and encourage engagement
- Develop EDM to ensure all information for weekly and monthly in a timely fashion
- Work seamlessly with other teams to ensure the smooth running of events and events are communicated via all relevant channels
- To obtain references and feedback post-event and identify learnings for subsequent events and ensure information is properly recorded and documented
- Keep abreast of community needs, market trends and opportunities
- Source and negotiate attractive perks for members and establish long-term relationships with partners for mutual benefit and to add value to JustCo community
- Maintain on-going relationships with existing partners and foster new relationships to reinforce the value proposition of our services
- Diploma in Mass Communication, Advertising, Business Administration or Marketing preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ of relevant work experience in Marketing Communications, Advertising & Promotions environment of similar capacity.
- Experience in copywriting and design
- Experience in MailChimp desirable
- Good understanding of advertising, digital, production and media concepts in the local market
- Creative and innovative with an excellent visual and design sense
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
- Exceptional execution skills and organizational skills
- Able to work independently, self-driven and a strong team player
- Driven, resourceful and creative team player who is able to multi-task and build relationships at all levels to achieve successful outcomes for all stakeholders
- Exceptional planning and execution skills
- Experience in executing all kinds of events, including corporate events
- Excellent public speaking skills to open events with a welcome speech

- Track record of personally crafting and perfecting marketing strategies to deliver growth.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns across web, email, social media, display advertising and CRM
- Able to WOW our audience through creative visual and written campaigns for marketing and PR purposes
- Good team player, resourceful, independent and creative. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and can handle ambiguity and changes Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be proficient in English
