Executive / Senior Executive (IT)
For this role, you will have to:- Be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the centre’s IT infrastructure
- Provide technical consultancy to prospects and existing clients
- Ensure 24×7 system availability and do troubleshooting when necessary
- Maintain technical documentation, configuration procedures and best practices
- Provide IT support and services to occupants of the centre
- Work together with HQ team for new centre construction project
- Provide any other technical support related to the centre
- Diploma Qualification in Information Technology equivalent or higher
- Minimum 3 years of user support, client engagement/ troubleshooting experience
- Good Knowledge in Wi-Fi administration, network, firewall, and troubleshooting
- Good team player, resourceful, independent
- Able to work autonomously, navigate around the unstructured environment with minimum supervision
- Helpful personality with a pleasant disposition, positive work attitude and able to think outside the box
- Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Alcatel switch experience or pre-sales experience is a plus
