Manager (Community)

For this role, you will:
  • Manage daily operations of the centre and ensure centre is operational/functional
  • Lead and train a team of Community Executives to provide exceptional customer service that gives a ‘WOW’ factor to everyone
  • Manage centre P&L
  • Handle walk-in tours for guest who came by for a viewing without prior appointment
  • Manage members’ check-ins and check-outs
  • Manages events at the centre including creating awareness of the event to our members
  • Handles member-related queries and issues, and ensure satisfaction level of our members are high
  • Maintains a cohesive and vibrant community within each centre
  • Lead VIP visits or tours around the centre
  • Maintain good relationship with vendors and building management
  • Assist and provide general day to day administrative support
Requirements:
  • Pleasant personality with strong operations and management skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Result and client oriented with multi-­tasking capabilities
  • Client focused with the desire to work within a service industry
  • Degree qualified is highly desirable
  • Experience in co-working environment or serviced office or related industry an advantage
