Manager (Community)
For this role, you will be expected to:- Manage daily operation of the centre and ensure the centre is operational/ functional
- Lead and train a team of Community Executives to provide exceptional customer service that gives a ‘WOW’ factor to our members
- Manage the centre OPEX Profit & Loss
- Handle walk-in enquiries and guests
- Manage members’ check-ins and check-outs
- Manages events at the centre including creating awareness of the event to our members
- Handles member-related queries and issues, and ensure the satisfaction level of our members are high
- Maintains a cohesive and vibrant community
- Lead VIP visits or tours around the centre
- Maintain good relationship with vendors and building management
- Prepare monthly centre related reports
- Assist and provide general day to day administrative support

- 管理辦公空間各據點年度營業費用。
- 接待辦公空間訪客,針對訪客對於各項產品、服務的詢問提供適切的答覆。
- 協助會員進駐與遷出。
- 管理辦公空間的各項活動,並協助活動宣導提升會員的參與熱誠。
- 針對會員的各項詢問、訴求提供適切的答覆與及時的處理,確保最高的會員滿意程度。
- 經營充滿活力的社群,維繫會員黏著度。
- 接待 VIP 訪客,進行辦公空間導覽。
- 與供應商和大樓物業管理維持良好的夥伴關係。
- 定期整理、準備辦公空間據點的管理報表。
- 協助日常行政工作。
