This milestone brings JustCo’s network to 40 centres, totaling more than 1.5 million square feet of space across eight key cities. JustCo is the only Asian coworking space provider with multi-city presence in Asia Pacific.
JustCo at OCBC Centre East, Singapore
On its home ground in Singapore, JustCo’s flexible workspaces remain as a sustainable option to help large corporates and Fortune 500 companies eliminate the hassle and heavy costs of internal workspace management; instead allowing them to focus on their business operations and success. JustCo’s upcoming centre at OCBC Centre East, Raffles Place will offer more companies a prime business address alongside flexible lease terms, cost savings, and employee engagement.
Targeted to open in Q2 2020, JustCo at OCBC Centre East will occupy four storeys of the building and is also the first JustCo location in Singapore to boast a wellness terrace on the building’s rooftop. Members can rejuvenate and unwind at regular fitness classes held at this unique space, which will also double up as an outdoor event space to hold workshops, movie screenings and more.
JustCo at Concordian, Seoul
Following the successful launch of JustCo Tower in Seoul, a 16-storey mega multilevel co-working space in Gangnam Business District, JustCo has secured its fifth space in Seoul at Concordian, in direct response to the growing demand for flexible workspace in the market. Scheduled to open in Q1 2020, JustCo at Concordian is housed in a Grade A office building located in the centre of Gwanghwamun – an iconic landmark and cultural precinct in Seoul’s CBD.
Occupying four levels, JustCo at Concordian will continue to offer customised onestop workspace solutions for large corporates and small businesses that are seeking to enjoy flexible lease terms, effective cost savings, regional networking opportunities, and a diverse community at their doorstep. Members will also find ample collaborative spaces such as library lounges, nook seating and spacious breakout areas to facilitate short meetings and casual discussions.
