The Metropolis

Situated within One-North, JustCo at The Metropolis will enable more businesses to decentralise its workforce and implement remote working teams as part of Business Continuity Plans. The Metropolis is the only Grade-A office located in One-North Precinct at Buona Vista, and it is designed to optimise the sharing of spaces, assets, and amenities within the building.

 

Highlights of JustCo at The Metropolis include facial recognition turnstiles, hot-desking spaces, private phone booths, quiet nooks, event spaces, and configurable meeting rooms decked with video conferencing amenities to cater to both physical and virtual meetings. Tenants of The Metropolis will be part of JustCo’s ever-growing community and gain access to tech-enabled platforms which allow for increased collaboration and networking.

What kind of plans do you have and what's the pricing?

We have the following plans available:
Basic Hot Desking from $98 per month
Dedicated Desks from $750 per month
Private Studio Suites from $800 per month

What kind of facilities & amenities are available?

Some of the faciities and amenities we have are as follows: meeting rooms, private phone booths, collaboration areas, well-stocked pantry, 24/hr access and security, mail handling service, IT support, front-desk & business support services and more.

Are there any food options nearby?

Yes, there are a few air-conditioned foodcourts close by and there are many cafes, restaurants and other eateries within close proximity.

Do I have 24/7 access to my JustCo centre?

If you hold a JustDesk Unlimited, JustDesk Dedicated, or JustStudio membership, you can access your home JustCo centre 24/7 using your keycard. However, the Community team is onsite between 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

What security measures does JustCo have in place to protect members and their property?

Security is very important to us. Each centre is equipped with a CCTV monitoring system that operates around the clock. For added security, all visitors are greeted by our front desk before they are escorted to their meeting room or office. Outside operational hours, all entrance and exits, including meeting rooms are locked and access is only possible using an access card.
