Demand for co-working spaces rising as firms explore hybrid work
Occupancy at co-working spaces here is increasing as people pack up their laptops and flock back to physical offices amid the easing of restrictions.
Major co-working operator, JustCo, notes that the average occupancy amongst their centres is almost 75 per cent, with demand for private office suites rising.
According to Michael Sim, vice-president and head of JustCo Singapore and South Korea, large organisations are looking for centres in suburban areas to cut commute times, as well as provide workers with office options to work closer to home.
