As Singapore’s Central Business District awakes after hibernating for the most part of the pandemic years, a changed workplace landscape is emerging.
Workers are returning to offices, but it is evident that the hybrid work model – combining working from the office and remote work (typically from home) – is not expected to disappear.
Flexible workspace providers, including JustCo, are on the expansion path. Although the pandemic has caused footprint growth and the utilisation of centres to be slowed, with the return to office, demand has come up, and utilisation rates are as high as 70 to 80 percent.
