JustCo, Asia’s leading ‘Space-as-a-Service’ provider, has signed an agreement to open a co-working centre in Hsinchu, Taiwan. Targeted to open in January 2022, JustCo Hsinchu is located in the new Grade A Zhubei Building within the Hsinchu Science Park, the choice location for leading tech companies.

“The increasing demand for flexible workspace solutions is in tandem with companies’ shift towards the new work-from-anywhere reality. We are excited to be part of this evolution in Taiwan,” said KONG Wan Sing, Founder and CEO of JustCo. “According to experts1, 50% of the global workforce has expressed interest to work in both the office and remotely in the post-pandemic world. The future of work points towards flexible workspace solutions backed by the demand for autonomy in deciding where and how to work.”

Post-pandemic, adopting hybrid work models and workforce decentralisation have become mainstay workforce strategy for many companies. JustCo’s Space-as-a-Service offerings are well-positioned to allow business leaders to scale up or down their real estate consumption as required, with no disruption to workforce wellbeing and business operations.

Hsinchu’s unique and vibrant community houses more than 400 technology companies, including the world’s top two semiconductor foundries, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) and United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC). Customers at JustCo’s new Hsinchu centre will be able to leverage on Hsinchu’s thriving innovation and technology ecosystem for business growth, knowledge sharing and talent recruitment.

JustCo continues to expand its footprint across Asia Pacific and customers at JustCo Hsinchu will have access to JustCo’s network of more than 40 locations across nine cities. This latest announcement on JustCo Hsinchu follows closely on the earlier announcements of JustCo’s expansion into Tokyo, and its new upcoming centres in Singapore.
