JustCo announces another milestone in its quest to become the largest co-working network in Asia by 2020. JustCo has entered into an exclusive joint venture with TICON Industrial Connection Plc (TICON), a Thailand-based leading provider of integrated industrial properties and majority-owned by Frasers Property. This new move follows GIC and Frasers Property’s joint investment into JustCo in May 2018.

Following the successful opening of JustCo’s first co-working space in Bangkok at AIA Sathorn Tower in May, JustCo is opening a second centre at Capital Tower, with more openings planned by the end of the year. This strategic partnership will help JustCo leverage and tap on a wider network of industries with affiliation to both TICON and Frasers Property, such as commercial real estate, retail, hospitality, food & beverage and industrial customers, to accelerate JustCo’s expansion plans in Thailand.

“JustCo has always been a symbol of community, connectivity, efficiency, and networking. We are now very excited to be an exclusive partner with TICON, a company with such business reputation and local market knowledge. JustCo is not just a workspace provider; JustCo members, in addition to outstanding spaces designed to foster productivity and efficiency, have access to a large and diverse business community which can help them grow their business and realize their dreams. This partnership helps JustCo accelerate our ambitious opening plans in Thailand and in the rest of the Asian region, where we aim to open 100 centers by 2020.”, says Founder and CEO of JustCo, Kong Wan Sing.

Mr. Sopon Racharaksa, President of TICON says “Thailand’s economy, the second largest in Southeast Asia, is promoting technology and innovation in line with the Government’s “Industry 4.0” model. We are taking important steps to bring in new adjacent businesses and smart solutions into our existing business platform to that will be powered by technology and community-centric services. The new partnership with JustCo, Singapore’s largest premium provider of co-working spaces, will enable TICON to expand a new paradigm of services to our customers.”

Slated to open in July 2018, JustCo’s second co-working space in Bangkok spreads across 3,500 square meters, occupying three levels of the Capital Tower building. Strategically located at the edge of Bangkok’s central business district, and a stone’s throw away from the city’s busy Ratchaprasong shopping district, JustCo at Capital Tower is easily accessible within a five-minute walk from BTS Ploenchit Station.

Exuding a casual and friendly vibe, the space of JustCo at Capital Tower features light-coloured palettes of wood paired with ample brown accents. With interior furnishing such as recycled timber wall panels, plywood meeting tables, wood pallet seats, timber vinyl flooring along with pops of green tones, the design inspiration is drawn from Thailand’s iconic furniture industry, whereby natural and local materials are commonly recycled and transformed into contemporary pieces.

Stepping into the space, members will be greeted by an open ceiling light installation created with woven rattan; a great representation of Thailand’s traditional and unique weaving culture. Exclusive to JustCo at Capital Tower is a garden-themed collaboration space, featuring a dedicated area with swing chairs for members to interact and strike up conversations with likeminded innovators beyond their work desks.

JustCo is committed to bring members together through regular events held at its coworking spaces, and ultimately foster community that encourages collaboration and innovation for the like-minded. Key facilities of the space include a café for our members caffeine fix, hot-desking areas, meeting studios, collaboration spaces, phone rooms and a nursing room for mothers.
